I was born and raised in Watertown, WI, spending most of my childhood in Richwood, just outside the city. Both of my parents are proud graduates of Watertown High School, and I followed in their footsteps, graduating in 2001. After working in early childhood education and briefly running my own in-home daycare, I found my true passion in human resources. I have worked in various HR roles since graduating with an associate degree in human resource management from Madison College in 2015. I am currently the Business Office Manager for Spero Heritage Homes. Both Watertown High School graduates, my husband, and I now live in Watertown with our son and two beloved cats.
As the daughter of an immigrant, I have had a unique upbringing that has shaped who I am today. I am proud to be a Chamber Ambassador and have enjoyed meeting remarkable individuals through this role. I am passionate about helping others, and I am excited to see what the future holds as I continue to contribute to the community. My experience as a Chamber Ambassador has been fulfilling, and I look forward to the opportunities ahead.

Raised in Pittsville, Central Wisconsin, and the eldest of three, my journey took me from UW-Eau Claire to the Brown School of Broadcasting in Minneapolis. My broadcasting career, though brief, led me to meet my wife, Deb, at WRDB in Reedsburg, WI, in 1990. By 1992, we had moved to Watertown to open Drive In Movies, a video rental store, which we managed until 1999. Following its closure, my career path varied from Farm and Fleet to owning Mail Boxes Etc./The UPS Store, dabbling in real estate with Re/Max, to working at The Custom Shoppe in Watertown.
Eventually, I transitioned into the financial sector, holding positions at Guaranty Bank, Associated Bank, BMO Harris, and Partnership Bank, leading to my current role as Director of Member Services at Fort Community Credit Union since June 2019.
In June 2024, Deb and I will celebrate our 30th anniversary, proud parents of Adam, a social studies teacher, and Emma, a Computer Engineering major at UW-LaCrosse. Our leisure time is filled with biking, hiking, walking, and traveling. Serving as a Watertown Chamber Ambassador has been a rewarding experience, introducing me to many incredible individuals within the community.

As a dedicated Chamber Member for six years and a volunteer Ambassador for five, I have found immense fulfillment in being part of our welcoming and supportive business community. Growing up in Luxemburg, WI, as the eldest of four girls, I cherished my time as a cheerleader and later pursued a Psychology Major at UWEC. My career has been diverse, including roles in Human Resources, Domestic Abuse Coordination, Special Education, and Insurance Agency Customer Service. However, it was my introduction to Mary Kay products 24 years ago that led me to start my own business, which has become the professional love of my life. Through my work with Mary Kay, I am passionate about empowering others and spreading positivity, whether through skincare and color products, pampering gifts, or helping others start their own businesses. With my family priorities in place, I am now focused on building my business and earning the first Pink Cadillac in Watertown.
I am immensely grateful for the support and encouragement from the community and the Chamber for my Mary Kay business. I truly appreciate the opportunities to make a positive impact and am excited about the future as I continue to empower others and thrive in the business community.

Hello, I’m Tiffany Nehls, and for nearly three years, I’ve been proudly serving as a Watertown Chamber ambassador. My educational journey took me from St. Paul’s Lutheran School in Fort Atkinson through Lakeside Lutheran, and finally to Jefferson High School, where I graduated in 2009. Having grown up with my dad’s family in Watertown, my childhood was split between Fort Atkinson, Jefferson, and Watertown. Over the last 15 years, I’ve worked at seven different Watertown businesses, currently at Rock River Chimney & Fireplace.
I’m involved with the Watertown Gymnastic Association (Turner Hall) and serve on the board for Tomorrow’s Hope. My life is enriched by my two children, Addie (11) and Chase (9). We live in Jefferson and actively participate in St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Helenville. There, my children, two nieces, and nephew attend school. I work as the secretary for St. Peter’s School Friends Organization and compile their yearbook. Our family enjoys short road trips, amusement parks, miniature golf, crafting, movies, ice cream, and quality time with loved ones. Though we don’t reside in Watertown, we visit often.
Being a chamber ambassador is a role I cherish, allowing me to welcome new businesses, encourage community involvement, and network, benefiting both the community and Rock River Chimney & Fireplace.

I’m Casey Schuett, born and raised in Watertown, WI. After graduating from Watertown High School in 2015, I headed to Carroll University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration in 2019. Following graduation, I obtained my license as a Nursing Home Administrator and spent the last three and a half years immersed in long-term care administration. Recently, I’ve embraced a new challenge as the Practice Administrator at Watertown Family Practice.
In October 2020, I married my wonderful partner, Autumn, and we’ve since been doting parents to our 2-year-old Bernese Mountain Dog. Sports have always been a big part of my life, especially football, basketball, and baseball, which I played back in high school. I still love playing sports and spending time outdoors whenever I can.
I’m genuinely excited about what lies ahead for me at Watertown Family Practice and the chance to continue growing my family right here in the heart of Watertown.

I am a proud Watertown native, having lived here for twenty-three of my twenty-four years. Both my parents and siblings are also from this area. I reside just outside Watertown in the Town of Sheilds with my partner and our five-year-old daughter. I am deeply rooted in this community, having attended local schools, and being actively involved in organizations like the Future Farmers of America. After exploring various jobs, I found my calling as a Benefits Consultant with Aflac, which has allowed me to help individuals and small businesses with supplemental benefits. Additionally, I am an active chamber member and have become an ambassador, further deepening my involvement in the community.
My involvement in the chamber has enhanced my networking skills and allowed me to forge lasting friendships within our community. As an ambassador, I am looking forward to continuing my contribution to the chamber and our community for years to come. I am passionate about what I do and find joy in helping small businesses provide benefits and other business solutions. My journey in Watertown has been fulfilling, and I am excited about the opportunities that lie ahead, both as a chamber member and as an ambassador.
