Chandler House Bakery

After working at Seattle's renowned Canlis restaurant and serving as the former Executive Pastry Chef at North Pond, a Michelin-starred restaurant in Chicago, April brought her passion for baking to Watertown, Wisconsin.

April and Charity Chandler decided that the pandemic in 2020, when everyone was home making sourdough and banana bread, was the perfect time to start a bakery. Since then, they have been dedicated to providing delicious treats to all their customers.

Chandler House Bakery uses high-quality ingredients—plenty of butter, buttercream, fresh or frozen fruit, and Wisconsin dairy products whenever possible! Their menu features trusted favorites (cheesecake, anything with lemon, and an ongoing debate about crispy versus chewy cookies), but they also cater special events and take custom orders. Interested customers can check out the menu and let them know what they can’t live without.

Love is the first ingredient in everything they make because it is the most important part of everything they do.
