Zumba Kids (ages7-11) & Zumba Kids, Jr (ages 4-6)

Zumba® Kids/ Zumba® Kids, Jr 
is a rockin', high-energy dance party packed with kid-friendly routines. We break down steps, add games, activities and cultural exploration elements into the class structure.
This class will help your child to develop a healthy lifestyle and incorporate fitness as a natural part of their lives. Classes incorporate key childhood development elements such as leadership, respect, team work, confidence, self-esteem, memory, creativity, coordination, balance, cultural awareness.

Zumba® Kids, Jr (ages 4 to 6) - begins Nov. 5th
Monday's from 5:30pm- 6:15pm in The Studio 

Zumba® Kids (ages 7 to 11) - begins Nov. 8th
Thursday 's from 6:15pm- 7:00pm in the Adrenaline Room
