Job description overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities, providing exceptional customer service and staff interaction, and ensuring the highest level of safety and quality in their work.  

 

Duties:

- Perform routine maintenance tasks including repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment, machinery, and facilities to identify and address any potential issues or hazards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service,  responding to requests and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
-   Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in hotel maintenance.

 

Skills:

- Knowledge and ability to safely diagnose and complete plumbing, mechanical and electric repairs

- Knowledge and ability to complete basic carpentry and painting repairs.

-With proper training, ability to maintain an indoor pool and spa to Wisconsin Health Department specifications
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff members in an honest and trustworthy manner.
- Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.

Job Types: Full-time/Part-time  Pay: $18  per hour  Expected hours: 40 per week
